Graphic Design

Getting your product noticed starts with its design. If you have your artwork already setup, we'll happily work with your advertising agency or graphic designer to make sure the files you supply are what we need. Of course we offer a full range of design services if needed. Our graphic design team is uniquely qualified to ensure that your custom printed labels are designed to get your products noticed. We accept art files from the following programs:

  • Adobe Illustrator®
  • Adobe Photoshop®
  • QuarkXPress®

Shapes and Sizes

We have thousands of different die shapes and sizes you can choose from. If one doesn't suit your needs, we can have one made for you.

Materials

Not all label material is alike. Choosing the right material and adhesive for your custom label will make sure your label sticks and remains on your product for as long as you want, no matter what the usage environment. Hot temperature labels or cold temperature labels, serial number labels and tamper evident labels all have different requirements including, but not limited to:

Manufacturing

Every custom label printing project comes with its own set of production challenges.  We take pride in knowing the right way to produce your custom label. This knowledge can mean the difference between on-time or late delivery, color that really pops or just "pleasing color", and whether you meet your budget. Depending on your custom label needs, we will print using one of the following methods:

  • Flexography
  • Screen printing
  • Digital printing

Each method has its distinct advantages, and your requirements will always be the determining factor as to how to produce your labels. CustomLabelConcepts offers:

  • Up to 8 colors printed in a single pass
  • In-line die-cutting
  • Choices of varnishes, UV coating and overlamination
  • Labels on rolls or cut singles
